Exchange Policy

At Blood and Beads, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange is only allowed for size or product defects.

We do not offer exchange on accessories, sale items, or customized orders.

We do not offer refund, instead you shall be provided the order amount excluding shipping as store credit. (Only applicable for size or product defects).

Return shipping for exchange must be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

All the exchanged product will be delivered to you within 7-8 business days
